A New Look for Junior Achievement!

If you haven’t noticed yet, Junior Achievement has had an update! After 36 years, JA Worldwide and JA USA decided it was time for a new look.

Through an engagement with BrandPie, a London- and New York-based brand consultancy, JA worldwide spent more than a year listening to staff, alumni, board members, volunteers, teachers, funders, and students, who set the groundwork for our modernized brand. One that is digital-friendly, modern, youth-forward, and that matches our emerging vision of the world, in which young people have the skillset and mindset to build thriving communities.

After months and months of discovery, focus groups, crowdsourcing, brainstorming, and a whole lot of creative design, we officially kicked off our new brand update on June 1st.

A logo with a bigger meaning

One changemaker. It can be a volunteer, an educator, or a supporter.

This changemaker inspires and prepares students to succeed through learning experiences that focus on three sets of critical life skills not always taught in school.

  • Work and Career Readiness
  • Financial Literacy
  • Entrepreneurship

These learning experiences help students connect what they learn in school to life outside the classroom. This impacts the many students who participate and the countless lives they will influence as adults.

We do this by bringing a different approach to education that uses innovation in contextual learning in partnership with educators, employers, and the community at large.

Our promise is to provide learning experiences that help young people reach their potential. In other words, our name is our promise.
