As I reflect on my 15 years in the classroom, I am grateful for the opportunity to share my enthusiasm for education with volunteers who share the same passion for motivating students by providing examples and resources to help them believe in themselves and what they can achieve".
Seeing successful people eager to give back to students, empower them to make smart choices, and live up to their greatest potential is so inspiring and it is a true honor to be able to be a part of that rewarding process.
With Junior Achievement, we have a great educational and experiential platform to truly change lives for the better! It is such a heady feeling to see young people create and operate their own businesses successfully and gain the life skills needed to thrive in an increasingly challenging world, still grappling with the pandemic. Junior Achievement gives them Hope for a better future, and to many Hope is priceless.
