The board of directors has established a bold strategic plan focused on providing authentic, relevant, and engaging experiential programs to expand economic opportunities for all students. At the foundation of this plan is the continued implementation of JA’s classroom-based programs that build a foundation of understanding of and appreciation for Free Enterprise. From there, JA will focus on building an entrepreneurial mindset in students, reinvesting in experiential learning through JA’s capstone program, JA BizTown, and JA Finance Park, and by re-engineering high school education through the pilot of the 3DE by Junior Achievement instructional model.
